Tatask is a to-do app built around a task tree. Any task can hold its own list of subtasks, as many levels deep as needed, so a big project becomes a set of steps small enough to finish. A short Today list holds the tasks you have starred for the day, and due dates, repeats and #hashtag tags cover the rest. Tatask runs on the web, iPhone and Android, keeps a full copy of your tasks on each device so it works offline, and syncs when you reconnect.

Tatask is a to-do app built around a task tree. Most to-do lists are flat: every item is one line, whether it takes two minutes or two months. In Tatask, any task can hold its own list of subtasks, and those can hold theirs, as many levels deep as the work needs. A big project becomes a set of small, finishable steps, and the parts you are not working on stay folded away. On the web, each opened task appears as a new column, so the path from goal to next step is visible at once. A short Today list collects the tasks you have starred for the day, wherever they sit in the tree. Due dates with quick picks, repeating tasks (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and a Due view handle deadlines, and typing a #hashtag in any task files it under a tag with its own view. Tatask runs in any modern web browser and as native apps for iPhone and Android. Each device keeps a full copy of your tasks, so it works offline and syncs when you reconnect, and one subscription covers every platform. Tatask costs $5 a month or $50 a year after a 30-day free trial. It was started in 2022.
